Impressing back in 2017 with his impeccable Speedy Wunderground single 'Everything (Deathless)' and an atmospheric self-titled EP, artist and songwriter JW Ridley has returned with a dramatic new cut. 'Glass Eyes' retains the beautifully effected vocals of his earlier works and shakes off the post-punk vibes to achieve a stunning combination of sparse synthesizers and crispy beats that'll give you the chills. Discussing the track Ridley explained, "When I was a teenager I was put on a lot of medication. Things briefly got better and then quickly much worse… I found myself living in a very private world completely disconnected. ‘Glass Eyes’ is made up of words I had written years ago when it all started, and some I wrote more recently having finally been able come off it.
